I can no longer stand this location. I’ve come here quite a bit on my way to work on Friday and Saturday nights. Every time I show up I have to wait 10 minutes on my order despite ordering on the app. When I pull up to the window, the workers are chatting, goofing around. Not doing their job at all. Tonight was the WORST service I’ve dealt with. It’s July 4th so I get the excitement with fireworks. I pull up to the window waiting for someone to take my order. The ENTIRE staff was outside playing with fireworks. You don’t do that when you’re on the clock. And after waiting on two of them to casually walk back inside, I still had to wait 10 minutes for my food. I was close to being late for work. The worst part of all was that the remaining staff still playing with fireworks, lit one and tipped it over directly towards my vehicle. The firework went off and almost hit my passenger side door. The lack of common sense and proper work etiquette is bewildering. They could have hurt someone. The staff look like teenagers who don’t give a crap and it showed tonight. They need to be fired and shown what it means to put in effort. That don’t need to look like they’re eating all the food rather than serving it. I am never coming back here due to the horrible service they provide on a consistent basis. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I requested chocolate chip cookies and waited and got thru the drive thue for them to tell me someone happened to buy the last ones and told me about sugar cookies..um no thank you

The best thing about Wendy's is that it hasn't changed much over the years. The burgers are better than others like McDonald's, my opinion. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
