I recently visited this Wendy's and was very disappointed with the customer service experience from start to finish. At the drive-thru, I felt extremely rushed while placing my order. When I arrived at the window, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. The employees handed me my drinks and food while acting as if I wasn't moving fast enough, which made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The most frustrating part was when I asked for dipping sauces and was informed there would be a $0.50 charge. While I wasn't aware of this policy, my issue wasn't the charge itself—it was the way it was communicated. The manager was rude and dismissive when explaining the price and then acted as though I wasn't supposed to ask for my change back after paying. Customer service costs nothing. A simple greeting, a little patience, and respectful communication would have completely changed this experience. Instead, what should have been a normal meal stop for me and my daughter turned into an unnecessarily negative interaction. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because experiences like this make customers think twice about returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1

Terrible morning experience — avoid this location for breakfast. I attempted to place an order in the drive-thru and was met with extreme rudeness from the staff. When I tried to add items to my order, the employee became visibly agitated and raised their voice despite there being no one else in line behind me. There was absolutely no reason for that level of hostility. I have never experienced anything like this at any other location. If management or the owner is reading this, a serious conversation with your early morning staff is long overdue. When I arrived at the store to pick up my online order in the self-service area, an employee—instead of kindly explaining the procedure to me—made me step back and rejoin the line with a bad attitude. I would have expected her to explain the process in a more courteous manner, rather than forcing me to repeat everything. The customer service definitely needs to improve. This happened on May 28th, from 12:00 PM to 12:40 PM; the young woman was on duty. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
