I wouldn’t even give a star the manager lady needs to be replaced! I went with my daughter got a bunch of food and a pup cup. My dog threw it up so my daughter was cleaning it up and she tossed a couple napkins on the ground. I was unaware but the manager comes out yelling to pick them up we said no problem and apologized but asked her to back up from the truck because my dog was growling at her. So she copped an attitude and kept running her mouth so I rolled up my window and she proceeded to my daughter side where she was picking up the napkins and my daughter told her nicely to back up from the truck as she was picking up the napkin then she tells my daughter “i don’t care I bite too!” So I hear it and hopped out the car and asked her who is she biting and who was she speaking to?! And she runs back to the door and continues talking crap and telling us she’s gonna have us tresspassed ect saying she wasn’t worried and she had pitbulls? Well they weren’t with her so there was that! And obviously I’m fuming at this point and she’s talking about my appearance like ok I still look better than you any given day lol ! That lady was a true definition of mental issues and in desperate need of help! The man who took my order was cool but the food was cold like it normally always is but do better Wendy’s!!! Stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged even though we were the only 2 customers in the store. The staff were too busy taking phone calls and hiding in the back doing drive thru (hardly any cars) to take care of the only 2 people at the counter. Paid for our order ahead of time also and by the time they took care of us the flavor frosty I got was gone and the last potato was sold. So i didnt even get what I paid for. As someone who worked in fast food for almost 5 years, I completely understand how tiring, grueling, and terrible these jobs are. However, never once have I treated a customer like shit because my job is tough. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Food is fine. But my family calls this the "sticky Wendy's" because we have been here a handful of times over the years and the floor is literally always sticky. Not sure if they are mopping or applying their cleaners correctly or just mopping around soda... But I have never been here when we aren't sticking like a cartoon! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
