I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Wendy’s location. The performance of the current staff has become a serious concern and is negatively affecting the customer experience. Even during times when there is little or no rush, customers are often forced to wait 20–30 minutes or more for their orders. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The staff appear to work very slowly, and there seems to be a lack of urgency and accountability. I strongly encourage you to review the security camera footage to see how operations are being handled. From a customer’s perspective, it appears that employees are not performing their duties efficiently, which is driving customers away and damaging your business reputation. In addition to the slow service, many staff members are rude and lack basic customer service skills. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, interactions often leave people feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I have noticed numerous negative reviews from other customers expressing similar concerns, which suggests this is not an isolated incident. I encourage you to investigate these complaints thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action. This location would benefit greatly from stronger management, better staff training, and employees who understand the importance of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism. Replacing ineffective management and staff with individuals who are polite, motivated, and customer-focused would significantly improve the customer experience and help restore confidence in your business. I waited 30 minutes to get my food and it was old there anything fresh was my frys. My 2 chicken BLT's was hard like they have been sitting for 3 hours. I worked fast food and I know you have to replace the food after so long. If I can give negative stars , I would!!! Never ever go here. Trash food!!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before getting there. When I walk in I see a group of people by the counter. Two people are there from the drive through because their orders were wrong or missing items, and the other people I later found out were waiting to place a order with the lady at the register who stands there like a NPC waiting for you to pick a dialogue option. Eventually she calls out for door dash orders and I see one of the bags looks like it might be mine but I'm not a door dash driver so I don't say anything. Long story short after 15 minutes of waiting I walk up to the counter through the crowd and read the receipts on the bag that are facing the wrong way and see that the one I thought was my order, was in fact my order. The girl then sees that I'm looking at the bags and says under her breath "I already called out door dash orders." Mind you it says mobile pickup on the receipt with my initials on it, also she didn't call out any names, just if anyone was a doordash driver. Then my order included a medium cup that wasn't there so obviously I asked the girl for a medium cup and she hands me a small....I just wanted this experience to be over so I left it as it was and left with my order. If you need to have Wendy's go somewhere else or don't get Wendy's. Also there was like 3 cars in the parking lot(one was mine) and 2 in the drive through so I don't even want to see what it looks like when it's actually busy, you'd save time slaughtering a cow and making a burger from scratch instead of waiting for your "fast food".
