I had a wonderful experience with the night crew. Joseph took my order and was very kind and patient as I was unsure of what I wanted and took a minute to order. The food was great and served hot and in a timely manner. The blonde haired girl did a great job making my sandwich it wasn’t a sloppy mess as I have had at other locations. It was a pleasant experience seeing how well the team worked together. Kudos to a great manager keeping his crew in order! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually like this Wendy’s location, but unfortunately, it’s been the same pattern: ordering unsalted fries through the app takes around 10 minutes to come out. Today was another one of those days, but it took around 15-20 minutes for unsalted fries and nuggets. It’s unfortunate that ordering ahead through the app doesn’t speed up the process, and that when we’re told "sorry about the inconvenience," we’re still inconvenienced because our large fry was filled halfway. I have an autistic brother, and French fries are the only thing he can eat at a fast food establishment, so this deepens my disappointment with this establishment. I hope that management will take quality control more seriously, especially for orders that will need to wait at the metal railing.
