The website said if I created an account I'd receive 10pc nuggets for free, but there were no instructions whatsoever on how to redeem that. I created the account, checked the rewards area of the profile, no rewards there. I placed the order, paid for it, downloaded the app, logged in, and went back into it to check again on the rewards. This time it was there. It gave me the option to redeem it and add it to my current order, so I did that. Then I went to pick up my other. They didn't include the nuggets in the bag. I asked the lady who gave me my order about the nuggets I was supposed to receive (she was older, seemed to be the manager) and she said they weren't on the order and pointed to the receipt stapled to my bag. I tried to explain to her the issue I was having redeeming the nuggets reward when I was placing my order, but she didn't want to hear it. She didn't let me talk, and literally said "next time put it on the order" and closed the window on me and walked away! She was EXTREMELY RUDE, when I was being polite and trying to explain the issue I was having. All she cared about was rudely restating that "It's not in the order receipt" and then dismissing me completely. She stood in the background and another worker, younger guy, handed me the nuggets and by the time I looked in the bag to see if there were dressing cups in there he had already closed the window. I sat there until he saw that I still needed help and when he opened the window again he went off about how the nuggets weren't on the order so I shouldn't expect them. I told him I just wanted dipping sauce. The issue with the nuggets wasn't something that I could've fixed myself without proper information, and I wasn't gonna add the nuggets to my order and have to pay for them because the rewards didn't show up like they were supposed to when I initially created my account and placed my order. What is wrong with these people? Do they treat every customer with that level of unwarranted rudeness?! Whatever the reason she was in a bad mood wasn't my fault! I was being completely polite and her response was SO disrespectful that I'm never going to this place again. There are plenty of other burger joints in the area and this woman's disgusting customer service skills was absurd. You don't treat people like that, especially when they're asking for help and it's literally your job to provide it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Damn dude. They were seriously like fastest food I’ve ever seen. We had like 7 orders, and we were in and out in 5 or 6 minutes. All the orders were correct also lol Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wendy's is one of my favorite burger restaurants. You can enjoy many different kinds of burgers. One of my personal favorites is the junior bacon cheeseburger, I always get it with extra lettuce and I can't ever just eat one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: I loved the fries they, have always been fresh here when I come by. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot Kid-friendliness: Like I said one of my favorite burgers is the Junior bacon cheeseburger. I always get it with extra lettuce because we like to eat veggies in my family. It's a wonderful burger for the kids . Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's accessible.
