I stopped in for a $6 Biggie Bag and was pretty psych-ed to get Wendy's because it's usually REALLY GOOD but what I got was PATHETIC. The burger obviously sat for some time and came with so much ketchup on it it was ridiculous. The small fry that was in the bag was half full. The chicken nuggets were good. Dave Thomas, the founder of Wendy's, would be rolling over in his grave right now if he saw the food being put out at this restaurant. Let alone , the CEO of Wendy's, Wendy, who is his daughter and is a real person not just the name of the restaurant. Price per person: $1–10

I really hate being negative especially with fast food places I know how hard it is to work there but this place needs to be studied. This establishment should be made in a what not do training video. Never is my order correct. Today I made a pick up order, I thought it was for the counter I realized it was drive through so I drive up to the window. The lady asks me if it’s a pick up order I said yes. She rolls her eyes huffs and puffs and says you need to tell us at the speaker now you can wait. Ok so I pull up to wait, mind you I ordered the food 20 min ago, you can’t tell me two burgers aren’t ready yet? So I wait another 5 min, get the food and it’s cold lol so I waited for what? She was so mad I didn’t stop at the speaker so she made me wait for nothing just to get cold food that i ordered almost a half an hour ago. Def not going back. There’s 10,000 other food places. If coming up to the window to get my food that I ordered and mistakenly bypassing, the speaker is such a big deal that you couldn’t handle it then perhaps you should find another industry to work in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Drive thru line was not super long but was taking a very long time. Food was not hot and the nuggets were stale. My cookie was cold. Would not recommend. Try asking for everything cook to order? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
