While I don't dine here frequently, every visit over the past year has involved the same frustrating experience with mobile orders. I consistently place my order through the app 10–15 minutes before arriving, yet I'm still made to wait an additional 30 minutes upon arrival. During my most recent visit, I checked in with staff and was told my order wasn't ready. After waiting another 20–30 minutes, a walk-in party of four arrived, ordered at the counter, and received their food noticeably faster than I had been waiting. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and asked whether walk-in orders were being prioritized over mobile orders. Her response was dismissive and offered no real explanation beyond stating that everything runs through the same system. The inconsistency in wait times is a recurring issue, and the lack of professionalism from management when addressing a legitimate concern made the experience worse. I hope the team takes a closer look at how mobile orders are being handled, as this has been a consistent pattern rather than an isolated incident. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

5stars are for the Nice Manager (Ammy Bernal) & to the Nice Cahsier (Dezarae) are for 3stars are for cookers in the back. Dezarae is very welcoming & polite with communication to customers, Manager Ammy is very helpful & respectful (1star) but cookers in the back are unprofessional due to not acknowledging the manager when she acknowledged them Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been teaching for 11 years and have been taking my students here when we drive back from San Antonio for our end of year trips and they’re always helpful and professional despite having a restaurant filled with middle school aged students. If I’m traveling family I know I can go to this Whataburger and have a solid meal before trekking across Texas. It really shows that this location has great leadership leading a great team. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
