I recently had a couple of Whataburger boxes catered for an event and I was truly impressed. All the burgers were nice and hot when I received the boxes. Customer service was also really great. The 2 employees who brought out my order were nice and careful when loading into my car. Before I left one of the managers, named Jesus, came out to check if I needed more napkins, condiments or plasticware. I had such a great experience I would honestly come back and cater from here again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Whataburger Box

The employee forgot my drink and I had to sit at the drive thru window for minutes before he ever came back to greet me. He stood there ignoring me. He saw me. He then rudely made my drink and slammed the window in my face when I asked what drink he put in there. Absolutely unacceptable to slam the window in someone’s face and walk away. I’m appalled. I love Whataburger. Food is good service is good. Unfortunately yesterday I had my lunch at Whataburger for the last time. Nothing wrong with the quality of food or service. Everything was as expected or maybe even better. I just can't afford to pay over $13 for a fast food hamburger combo anymore. I could go to an actual restaurant and pay a few dollars more for the same meal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
