My sister and I ordered two meals from Whataburger on Main Street in Buda and were told it would be about 10 minutes, which was completely fine. However, when we arrived, we were told they didn’t have our order and that it wasn’t even in their system. After asking them to check again, they finally found it, but then we waited another 40 minutes without any updates. After waiting that long, we asked if our food was ready and were told it had apparently been sitting there for 5-10 minutes already. By the time we finally received our food, it was cold. What was most disappointing was that no one apologized for the confusion, the long wait, or the cold food. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. Plus the hash browns were completely over cooked and burnt. Will not be returning to any Whataburger . Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's been a long time since I came inside the buda location. It's been remodel since then. Very nice, bright and open. Nice. And the temperature wasn't freezing. Nice Everyone was friendly, no waiting. Restaurant was exceptionally clean. The only thing was the young lady with tray of ketchup and napkins etc only went to 1 table. She didn't check on all the customers. I just did without ketchup. The fries were still delicious. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Went late last night after a concertthey were busy. The worker that took my order kept confusing himself. Which ended up messing up my order. Then I asked the guy that charged me at the window to repeat my order before I pay and got flustered with that had him fix my order. Then went to scan the app for the points and the scanner wasnt even connected after he connected he didn't k n ow how to even use it. At the end of all the chaos it took a little over 20 minutes for one large combo and a plain biscuit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
