I generally won't write a negative review for a one off (everyone is allowed to have a bad day now and again), but this is the 3rd or 4th time (to my recollection) that I was asked to pull forward for a simple whataburger meal order only to have the vehicles behind me pay, get their food, and drive off. I went inside to see what was going on and was given the excuse "well we're busy, today"... Well you got 3 cars ahead of me AND the 3 cars behind me out pretty quickly. So lesson learned, I'll go to another spot from now on! I want to make clear it this has only happened at the Burnet location, never had this issue with any other location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had an issue with the MOD lady. We are on a a roadtrip & hadn’t eaten & it was getting late. Ordered food at 11:19 on graduation night. Obviously, we’re not from here so didn’t know it was graduation night in this town. Simply ordered 2 meals & it took 45 min to get. Which means it was a midnight & when my partner went in to ask how much longer on the order the MOD continued to say “I’m sorry you had to exercise patience today.” Completely ruined her appetite & is still being talked about today so if the MOD could please watch how she speaks to her customers.

I have never been so insulted while ordering food inside this Whataburger. The man who we met at the Cash register was unbearably rude it was actually jaw dropping. Not only was the service bad, he went into the restroom with pink gloves and came back out with the same gloves on without changing. It was actually embarrassing to stand there and have to hear how he spoke to me and my family. The service was horrible and even after all of that, the order was wrong. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
