A lady/man named Chad as the cashier must have been in a bad mood and was extremely disrespectful to my elderly friend. As he was ordering she kept rolling her eyes and not answering very simple questions. When asked what comes on the chicken sandwich was. Uhhhh lettuce tomato and whatever else. Very quietly and arguing with people in the back. As he was ordering she kept walking away in mid sentence to talk to people in the back. Did not give us correct items. And had to make the order twice as it could not hear things correctly. He was very polite as I don’t think he understood it’s sarcasm but I could tell. Typical. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I stopped at Whataburger in Corrigan. 2 people working there was not the problem. We understand that. The problem was, my husband was standing there waiting to be waited on. The had 1 guy 1 lady. My husband walked up beside me.we working looking at the menu, lady was busy. We she finally acknowledge us she said sorry there is only 2 of us we said okay. She rudely said stop staring at us . Husband and I looked at each other shook our shoulders, in shock my husband walks away and said to me lets go. I am a whataburger fan. She lost our business this morning. Why do people have to be rude. Btw both my husband and I have worked in the retail food industry years ago. We understand. Not to mention I am a manufacturer rep and If I treated my customers like that I would not have any customers. Even if I am having a bad day I would never behave like this lady did. I will still go to Whataburger but Not the one in Corrigan Texas. This lady employee needs to go to any meetings you may have and remind her to be nice Eveven if there is only 2 people at work. Service: 1

I have tried this location a handful of times now and have been disappointed each time. The food is sub-par at best. I ordered the patty melt combo with an extra patty melt. Neither one had any patty melt sauce on them making them excessively dry. Previous times they had very minimal sauce. As much as I want this location to be good, I don't believe it ever will be. It usually seems like the workers would rather be somewhere else instead of here. I understand this is a fast rood restaurant but sometimes you just have to fake that you like being at work. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
