i ordered a double cheeseburger with large fries sweet and a three piece tenders without fried and a diet coke when i got home to eat o saw they got the tender and diet coke part right but my double cheeseburger wasn’t a a double meat cheeseburger it was a one meat kids meal tiny fries and all every time i go this whataburger and order through the drive through the service is terrible its no good here unless you go ti eat there in person when you can actually do something Food: 1

Ordered 2 of the new hot honey chicken sandwiches. Both came with no pimento cheese. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She apologized for the mistake and asked if I would like to go back. I have issue with any customer needing to go back so that a restaurant can fix their mistake. Why does the customer need to go out of their way to get the problem fixed. Anyways, she did offer for me to bring my reciept the next time I stop by and get it resolved. She did what she could and I dont blame her for that. All I ask is for the workers to make the orders right the first time. Oh and this isnt the first time an order I places is wrong. Other times of ordering the B.O.B with bacon, it comes with sausage instead. Price per person: $10–20

We love the party melt, fish sandwich and the chicken fajita wrap and I recommend all the restaurants because they are always clean. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5
