I just would like to say that Alyssa Rusch is AMAZING!! She is so sweet and always makes sure her customers are happy even if they’re rude at first bc they are used to something being wrong with their order.I used to see her working at the one in pace, then she transferred to this Whataburger and I have to say she has definitely made this Whataburger so much better. The times on getting the food out has gotten soooo much better when Alyssa is working. She’s trying so hard to make this location better! Even the freshness of the food too when we received it, it was shocking because we are used to waiting so long so our food usually gets cold by the time I get home 5 minutes away. I used to make the drive to the pace location but now that I know she’s working at this location, I’ll be more than happy to come through when she’s working. I hope the employees and other managers acknowledge and appreciate how much better she has made the Whataburger on woodbine. It will only get better from now on, if the other managers all come together and pursue her great work!! Thank you Alyssa Rusch for proving that this Whataburger can change and slowly get better as her shift continues to work hard together. What-a-Wait That should be the name of this location. I can only speak for the evening times to the wee hours of the morning, however. Each time I have tried to order at this location through the drive-thru, my wait has been at least 20 minutes, despite there being few cars in the queue. One time, I had to wait over 30 minutes only to get sloppily-made food that was overly doused in salt. I'd have provided screenshots of the food, but the last time two times I had to leave the drive-thru prematurely due to the outstanding wait with no end in sight (apparently, a few other customers decided to do the same). If you want faster service, you can actually go across the street and order a pizza from Santino's with a better turnaround time than here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had Whataburger delivered by door dash and ordered a three piece tender meal, but to my surprise when I opened my box I was welcomed by not 2 but 1 and a half chicken tenders. Like what is that going to feed? Even in a kids meal you get two whole ones. Just ridiculous, won’t be ordering for delivery with Whataburger again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
