We had to wait 20 minutes for food, which we had to get out of our car and get ourselves, it was not brought to our car. Also, we had to turn around and come back to the restaurant because they forgot to get our apple pies and our medium fry. Once we went home, we were disappointed to find out that we didn't get the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich - we got a completely different burger that we did not order. COMPLETELY disappointed and NEVER coming here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I hate to leave a review like this, but this experience was really disappointing. My family are big Whataburger fans, which made this even more frustrating because this was definitely not the Whataburger standard we’re used to. The burger was extremely greasy both the meat and the bun felt like they had been dipped in oil. On top of that, part of the patty was undercooked, which is a major concern. We understand it’s fast food, but food still needs to be properly cooked and prepared. Honestly, thanks to Ball Park sesame buns I had at home, I was at least able to recover from Whataburger’s soggy, greasy bun. The customer service was okay, but everything felt rushed, and it wasn’t clear why since there were only a few cars in line at the time. I’d strongly recommend retraining for both the cooking and assembly team. The fact that this went through multiple hands and was still served this way is concerning for this location.
