You arrived very close to closing time, but our chef still accommodated your order and prepared lunch for you instead of turning you away.Regarding the matcha latte, the edible flowers are a decorative garnish. They are not intended to be stirred into or eaten with the drink. We understand this presentation may not suit everyone’s preference, but it is part of how the beverage is served.As for the egg salad sandwich, it is one of our value meal deals when purchased with a coffee. We prepare the filling according to our standard recipe every day, and we do not believe it is accurate to say that there was “barely any egg” in the sandwich.Finally, we must firmly address the comment about our minced pork. Our pork is prepared fresh every day. We do not serve old or spoiled meat, and any suggestion that the meat was not fresh is simply incorrect. Taste is subjective, but the freshness of our ingredients is something we stand behind with confidence.We respect that everyone has different tastes and expectations. However, we also believe it is important to correct statements that do not accurately reflect our food, our kitchen practices, or the effort our team puts into serving every customer.
