After reviewing the situation with our team, we’d like to clarify a few points. For packaging, we always separate hot and cold items into different bags. In your order, the dumplings were packed separately, and then placed together in a larger outer bag for easier handling during delivery and to prevent any items from being misplaced. Regarding the temperature of the sushi, it may have been affected by the warmer weather and the timing of the delivery during the hottest part of the day. That said, we understand your concern and will continue to improve how we package and handle these situations. We also followed up with the driver. He confirmed that he placed the order at your door and rang the doorbell, assuming it was heard, and therefore did not make a call. We understand this may have caused the food to sit outside longer than expected, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure our drivers always call moving forward. As for the quality of our fish, we take freshness and food safety very seriously and use fresh ingredients daily. We’re sorry that your experience did not reflect our usual standards.
