Delicious cinnabon, good price, and nice atmosphere. Cinnabon has cream cheese icing and was huge! Definitely enough for 2 people.

On Septemver 1, 2018 at approximately 1415 hours I, Dante G., responded to Wildflour Pastry located at 1750 Savannah Highway, which is in the jurisdiction of the city of Charleston, in reference to Chai smuggling. Upon arrival, I entered the building through the left most double doors on the D side of the building. I was met by an unknown male with dark, curly hair approximately 18 years of age and clad in a blue Pokemon t-shirt. An order was placed by a confidential, reliable informant (ID#6) for an iced Chai latte. There was no hesitation on the part of the male, making it seem this was a normal request at this location. I requested a large vanilla latte, hot, and a piece of lemon cake with cream cheese icing. A few moments later, the request was fulfilled. The Chai arrived in a clear plastic cup with no markings, a lid, and a straw. It contained an ivory in color liquid. The CRI confirmed Chai was present in the drink. The cake was extremely tasty. The vanilla latte was not too hot, had a wonderful initial vanilla taste and an aftertaste that reminded me of cappuccinos I had with my mother as a child. There was art for sale on two of the walls of the dining area which appeared capable of hosting 33 people (11 tables). Information was discovered during the investigation that Lauren Mitterer is either a high ranking official, if not the kingpin, of this operation. Additional investigation needed. Investigators note: This location, like many similar locations suspected of smuggling Chai, closes at 1500 hours. I find this strange that all locations close at 1500. Inquiries will be made as to whether Chai becomes unstable late in the day or if there is some, as yet unknown, biochemical process in the human body of the Chai Addict that reduces the need for Chai after 1500 hours. No photography or video due to nature of investigation. End of Report.
