Love Williams Kitchen but I've left one star as there is a lady who works here who is so, so rude. She is probably in her 60s and has short brown hair. I can see another comment relating to her from 11 months ago and she is still working here. I was in Williams Kitchen recently having breakfast and was shouted at by her to 'move out of her way' and she tutted as she walked past. People do not understand why she still works there. I have seen her leave someone vulnerable shaking before by being rude and abrupt to him. I have seen her shout at people before for having done nothing wrong. She is bullying your clientele and everyone knows it. You MUST have had complaints made about her before. Can you at least provide some training because it has led me to not ever want to visit your establishment again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fantastic service and food. The Vegan breakfast is a favourite and great value. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly, especially Catherine and Julie. Thank you! The worst thing about this place is one member of staff who is incredibly rude, to the point that she has muttered an unpleasant comment under her breath at our party. She's an older lady with short hair. She is unapproachable, unhelpful and has become a talking point for many people who use (or have chosen not to use) Williams' Kitchen. I have a feeling my comment will be ignored as Williams' Kitchen managers clearly don't care, as her attitude has been atrocious for as long as she's been there. Hopefully they will be more careful when employing staff in the future.
