Baran- thank you for giving Willie’s a try and taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the Caesar salad, the atmosphere and overall energy of the space. We’re naturally disappointed to hear that some of the dishes did not resonate with you the way we intended, particularly the carbonara and Panna cotta. As a young Restaurant, we’re continuing to refine and evolve, both our menu and overall guest experience every day, and thoughtful feedback like yours is genuinely valuable to our team. Our goal at Willys has always been to create a warm neighborhood restaurant centered around handmade pastas, carefully sourced ingredients, and the distinctive point of view, while also delivering a dining experience that feels worth returning to. Our entire staff, both the kitchen and on the floor, work hard toward achieving these goals.
