We love Wimpy and are always supporting the brand wherever we go. We recently moved to Kloof and regularly we go to Watercrest mall for our shopping needs. Twice we have been to the Wimpy and had the most unsatisfactory service. You are not greeted, even though the waitrons are standing there, you find your own table, you are walked past and ignored, despite you sitting there politely smiling with patience for someone to acknowledge you. On our first occasion the waitress was so grumpy we felt so uncomfortable, I asked for the toy to be brought to us to keep my child busy but this didn't happen despite asking three times. The second time I sat and was ignored by three waitresses and it wasn't busy. I got up and left in their sight, still nothing. Happily supporting Spur!
