It was my first time here. The coffee was nice and hot. It does get a bit of a bitter taste when it cools down so I suggest drinking it quick. The breakfast sandwich was okay. Tbh I’ve had way better for a cheaper price. Not sure if bagels are the only option, but it was simply okay. I’m not a big fan of Black Forest ham. I wish I would’ve been informed if there were other options. Since it’s a breakfast sandwich I figured there’d also be egg in it, but there wasn’t any. My bad I guess i should of asked. Customer service was one star. Cashier didn’t greet us. Didn’t ask if everything in the sandwich was okay (I probably would’ve switched the black Forrest ham to turkey) if they had it. Or if I would’ve known. Menu didn’t specify. The young lady with the blond hair was pretty rude and extremely rushy. She asked about three times if I was ready I said no, but she kept asking. Either blond chick needs to work on her patience or there should be more people helping her because she was talking to me but also talking to other customers so i was constantly being cut off when trying to ask questions. She speaks to you but then turns her back to you before you can even answer. I understand the frustration of working at a busy place I’ve done it for years, but I also know I would tend to one customer at a time and help them make sure they know what they’re ordering and not being rushed to order due to the busyness of the place. Breakfast sandwich had what looked like a chipotle creamy sauce so I wasn’t a fan of that either, but again how does one know when it’s their first time, but doesn’t feel free to ask questions because the cashiers attention isn’t fully on you. Anyway, menu could be explained a little better, employees can be more tending. There’s also a lot of homeless in the area so be ready to be asked to buy them something. Overall a 5/10 experience. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible , been coming here for many years never had this issue until right now. The lady’s told us to wait i had no issue until they had an order for one sandwich and both lady’s are doing the one sandwich, talking, giggling. Asked again when will it be my turn to order had me wait 15 mins or more , gave me attitude telling me to wait one more second i have been waiting for 15 how much longer maam ?? and whole time they’re working on the same order. You guys need to figure this out terrible customer service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
