I do not recommend this Inn. Yes the website makes it look beautiful but read some of the negative reviews. ALSO be very careful if there is ANY chance you may have to cancel your reservations. It is a lot of money to lose! I had to cancel my reservation approximately 2 months before the reservation. According to their policy I was due to receive a $691.86 refund. After waiting 7 months, I started strongly communicating with the Inn and was told the refund was on its way. Multiple (at least 16 times over a 5 month period) calls to the Inn with responses: "manager will call you tomorrow", "had to fill out a waiver but now it will go through", etc. Finally the owner contacted me (11 months after the cancellation). Two months of multiple correspondences with the owner and still no refund. Do not make a reservation unless you are willing to lose your money. BEWARE & BE CAREFUL dealing with this establishment!

Nice bed and breakfast in the middle of the downtown area where you want to be to walk around to shop, eat and see a show. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Sabrina at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Service: 5

I had a wonderful stay at the Winchester Inn and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The charm and unique character of each room really stood out, and I appreciated all the thoughtful extras that made the stay feel special. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was also excellent—definitely a highlight of the visit. The only downside during my stay was the pillows in my room (the Catherine M). Unfortunately, they lacked structure and didn’t provide enough support, which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Aside from that one issue, everything else was exceptional. I would absolutely give this place 5 stars if not for the pillows, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay. Service: 5
