My husband and I have gone there for years for every holiday , occasion , or on random. But yesterday my husband went for our anniversary bought a box of chocolate covered pretzels and brought them home. I opened them up, tried one and they were so stale just took one bite and put it back . So he brought them back to see if they would honor what they sold us yesterday and nope. 30 dollars down the drain on stale pretzels. Also I went as well that day and bought my husband chocolate covered gummy bears, which were perfectly fine. It’s just the fact that we are good customers spend money there throughout the year and they sold us old stale pretzels that you couldn’t even eat and wouldn’t honor what they sold. Now they’ve lost us as costumers and Sadly Winfrey’s is no longer our recommendation to friends, family and lost our buisness.
