at False Idol Brewey and I got to try Chicken and watermelon fool. THIS IS GREAT! I tried the Cajun empanadas and the Mac n cheese. super good. I'm not a fan of spice but I could handle it! thanks!

Glad you guys enjoyed! As a side note our spice is more creole and we go for flavor with heat and not heat to blow your head off! Look forward to you guys coming back and be on the lookout for new menu items!

Dude. Woman. Fool. Get you butt into Chicken and Watermelon FOOL and don't be the fool. The chicken salad po boy is to die for. Their chicken salad is better than moms. Shhhh. She doesn't need to know. It's spread out on this flakey fresh French bread with lettuce tomato and pickles. (Just had lunch and still drooling thinking about it). The thing that makes it the best, small pieces of bacon. It truly elevates it to another level. I've had 2 sides in my 2 trips. I had the Mac and cheese with shrimp and bacon and creole sausage. Amazing. I've also had the potato salad and with the Cajun seasoning, my new favorite.

This place is the REAL THING! We had a debris roast beef poboy and muffuletta. The bread comes from Gambinos in NOLA. Met the owner, Derrick and were treated to a sample of potato salad and chicken salad they make there. Absolutely delish. Can’t wait to go back and will be watching for the specials.
