Soooo I had the opportunity to taste this food on a Trolley Ride in NOLA yesterday from someone else's plate! I was determined to get me a plate SOON. Me not knowing there were 3 locations just made me dam happppyyyyy! The closest one was this location Kenner! And omg they did not disappoint. Even though I ordered ONLINE, my order was ready, HOT, & delicious! I had the garlic parm wings, fries, ranch dipping sauce. Pineapple Lemonade. It was absolutely delicious. I found me and my family a new place to eat annnd closer to my home. The customer service was great as well! Thank yall!! 1 am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. During my recent visit, arrived during my lunch break and was the first customer. Having pre-called my order, I took a seat awaiting its preparation. However, within minutes, 10 additional patrons entered and were promptly served while I waited. After half an hour elapsed, I inquired about the status of my order, to which the staff member curtly replied that he prioritized customers who had paid. Unaware that payment was required upfront, I expected the standard procedure of being called once my order was ready, especially given that my order was placed over the phone. The staff's demeanor was not only unaccommodating but also defensive, leaving me feeling disrespected. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Cajun Ranch Fries

Kiondrae, It’s upsetting to know your visit left you feeling overlooked, and your experience with our staff and process is not what we want for anyone. However, in our experience, over 13 years, we have had phone orders that did not show up. The process is when you come in, is to let the cashier know that you're there so your food can be plated. Since you didn't let the cashier know you were there,there was no way to accommodate you, until you did. Hopefully, if you visit us in the future, your visit will be a much more pleasant one, now that you know this. Sincerely, Wing Snack Express 2

Good Wings. Good quality but a little pricey. 15 wings, no fries, $17.50. Wings mediumsize at best. New House dry spice is very good! But didn't stick to the wing much. The mesquite spice was good, but salty. They do have 3 daiquiri machines and other liquor. Service was good. Wings cooked just right and crispy. In there at lunchtime, no other customers. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
