This my 3rd time coming to this location since I moved out here and I always asked for well done. The first time it wasn't right. 2nd times it wasn't done right. Got all the way home and had to drive all they way back anf the cooked ut again. The manager apologized and said they have new managment and mew staff.so I go back again thinking they would get it right and gave them 18-20min cooking time like any other location that i go to and cooks it. Still wasn't right.the skin still came out fatty.i like my skin crispy. So now I have to drive all the way to alvin or pearland to get some wingstop. Order type: Takeaway

My daughter placed a DD order for pickup, came in picked up two bags that were mix matched 4 bags of 4. Got home items were missing and when I called about it the manager did short of everything from calling me a liar. “I talked with the kitchen staff and the front and there was no missing items.” Our policy is once it leaves the store then there isn’t anything we can do about it. Spent almost $100 to be called a liar. I will be reaching out to the owner tomorrow. Maybe he can find the missing items. I won’t put the manager’s name on here but will be discussing that with the owner tomorrow. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had really crispy wings and no sauce, manager jaden, made a new order. I apologize ma'am if I got your name wrong. She was very professional and she listened and was very polite bc I think I ordered wrongly in the first place. Now that to me is customer service and I used to be a waitress. Thank you for actually making a difference.
