The food is always mediocre compared to other locations and the staff is slow and unorganized, they mess up orders a lot and can’t keep track of who ordered what. I would recommend driving a few blocks west to a different location for a much better and easier experience. They either need a new system or new employees. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is not the best wingstop choice for the southwest side. We ordered wings, tenders, boneless wings, and fries. Several things were over cooked, under seasoned, and over seasoned (how can you accomplish both for one order....I don't know either). They also replaced some tenders with boneless wings without asking if it was okay. Save your money, skip this place and choose somewhere else! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I wasn't going to post a review but since I got food poisoning and all I ate was chicken from this location yesterday I am now leaving one. My husband ordered online for pickup. We wanted Garlic parmesean wings, one hot chicken sandwich, two spicy korean straps, large fries EXTRA seasoned and 2 ranch cups and 1 big blue cheese cup. When we arrived, we got our food but once we opened it we were immediately disappointed. Our fries were completely coldwith no seasoning at all, the garlic parmesean wings were completely plain dry and burnt, the hot sandwich was lukewarm and the breading on the korean tenders was literally falling apart. We asked for a refund because we did not pay $30 to get cold, hard, inedible food but they said no. All they offered was to remake the fries, and give more small blue cheese cups and a brownie that was smaller than half the size of my hand and was the smallest brownie they had. When we got our fries back, they were lukewarm and when we tried to eat we could only eat 2 wings and half the sandwich before we started feeling sick. Now today my husband and I are throwing up violently. You should NOT be having an entirely new kitchen staff, they gave us food poisoning and we did NOT pay $30 for food poisoning and shitty food.
