Wingstop does not prepare orders in full for delivery. Even though the staff is paid by the hour, they task third-party delivery drivers who are paid per delivery with preparing the drinks which causes delays with deliveries and mistakes with order accuracy. I have been delayed excessively several times by issues that could have been prevented if WingStop prepared the drinks (out of cups, ice not filled, drinks out of stock) and the staff has treated me disrespectfully every time I have made a request regarding this issue. This has affected my order accuracy, my customer feedback, and my on-time rate as a driver. Please prepare drinks for the drivers, your restaurant is not high-volume enough to excuse skipping this step. This is embarrassing for everyone. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in around 8:45pm to order a 20 Piece boneless meal deal. Got back home around 9pm to hopefully enjoy my wings but sadly they are all hard, somewhat cold and barely any meat mostly just hard little nuggets. Usually they’re pretty good at giving you decent wings but this time I was disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a 8pc bone in wing combo, only came with 6 pieces, my side of 10 cajun corn only came with 8, and my sweet tea was a peach tea. Actually insane to short me on both things and give me the wrong drink. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
