Ordered Uber Eats. I was overcharged, paid for all flats and didn’t receive all flats, and ordered blue cheese and got ranch. My husband went into the restaurant the next day and the girl at the counter first said she wasn’t a manager then said oh yes I am. She wouldn’t even look at the receipt and she preceded to tell my husband that if we ordered it we have to pay for it and you are the ones who gave the driver a tip. What?!? It has nothing to do with the driver who picked up and delivered the food. It’s the restaurant who gave me the wrong food AND took longer than promised and weren’t even that great. She was extremely rude and I will not order from this Wingstop again. And possibly no Wingstop because if that is the type of person they put in charge I want nothing to do with them. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before I ordered. I will not make that mistake again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worse ever Wingstop. We placed a large order for my family at this location via Uber Eats. My family flew in and it was really late. The order said it should take about 20 mins to be delivered. As we tracked the order via Uber eats, we realized that 3 drivers went to the location but turned away each time. It took about an hour now and we decided to drive to the location to collect our food. To our surprise, Wingstop attendant mentioned that he gave someone else our order to deliver a long time ago. At this time, a 4th driver appeared stating that he also came to collect the order. We went back and forth with Wingstop asking how can they give someone else an order without first verifying? Long story short, it came to my understanding that this was not the first time something like this happened. I am of the opinion that there is a scam taking place at that location. Beware.

Honestly the food was good. I got a 10 piece hot and honey wings. It’s just the fact that y’all gave me food poisoning. I’m sick as a dog. And I now know you use old chicken and oil for your customers especially late night ones. I am yet to stop going to the bathroom every 5 minutes, it’s been 12 hours. I sincerely hate yall. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
