For a place called wingstop you'd think the wings were good. Only good thing was the voodoo fries. Garlic parm wings were completely flavorless. Fortunately I keep some seasoning in my work locker. The honey hot wings were dry with a very mild sweetness no heat. Gave 2 stars because the fries were good. First amd last time trying wingstop Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

I understand the reviews on Yelp, now. For me, the online timing doesNOT align with the actual store cooking, prepping and hand off. It's never the amount of minutes the website states. They'll keep business because of the campus location. Hopefully things will improve Updated from 2 Stars to 1star as I paid for all drums got a mix. Paid for large Blue cheese at $6 (roundup and tax) got 5 little cups. Nope, I don't know the ounces each cups hold but this is wild as the kitchen ticket captured all drums. And, the website asvertises a large cup. ** NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE** when I made attempts to rectify once the issue was identified. Kudos on new flavors like Mojo Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I took a survey and didn’t leave a good review. I’m not sure I can do a second one. But DeDe saved the day. I ordered my food and shortly after realized I didn’t mention the special. I went back and asked her if they could fix it. She walked over to her manager and he said, “We can’t do nothing about that.” I basically ordered the same thing for $10 more. Having a food service background, I would imagine all he had to do was void that ticket and rering the order or simply offer something as a courtesy. DeDe saw me quiet but obviously disappointed in the poor service and walked over to me to make it right. Unfortunately, I’d already completed the survey. She was very receptive to feedback and coaching from one professional to another. Kudos to her. I really want to make sure I went back and gave her credit.
