My husband and I decided to try this Wingstop location on a whim, having visited plenty of others before. We ordered boneless wings, fries, and corn. The wings were decent, but the fries and corn were shockingly over-salted, we even dug from the bottom of the pile hoping for relief. No luck. When I called to share our experience, the manager kindly informed me that salty fries are a known complaint and that we should have ordered "light seasoning." Apparently, that's on us. Her dismissive attitude was the final straw. We won't be back and if you do visit! Warning, order light seasoning unless you enjoy a mouthful of salt with every bite. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Today (June 16, 2026 around 7 PM), I had a really disappointing experience here. One of the cashiers (blue bandanna, blonde hair, neck tattoo, green shirt) had a very negative attitude from the moment I walked in, even though I was being polite and friendly. While I was ordering, she was making faces, sighing, and didn’t even let me finish speaking before interrupting me with questions and then continued to charge me for a 32 ounce drink which I didn’t ask for, nor was I made aware of. It made the whole interaction uncomfortable and honestly ruined the experience. I do want to say that the rest of the staff were kind and welcoming, especially the employee with the maroon shirt and braids. But unfortunately, this one interaction stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management addresses this, because customer service like that really affects the environment. If you go and encounter this employee, just be aware and don’t order if she’s there because that bad energy is definitely not needed. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This was my first time at a Wingstop, and I was so impressed. The staff was friendly, the food was incredible, and the building was clean. Even with a rush of people who clearly know how great this place is, the attitude of the staff never wavered. We don't live nearby, but your store left a great impression and next time we're in the area, we'll be back. Thank you for a fantastic dinner!
