Terribly slow and rude staff. Waited for an hour and a half for food to be made and the wings were cold and they completely messed up the other parts of our order. Do not order from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They will pack an order, then set it on the shelf instead of calling out the name so you can move on with the delivery. This is not food for the customer or the delivery driver. They do this with walk in orders also. They also should greet everyone who walks through the door. As a driver I stand patiently waiting, but then when I finally speak and I'm ignored or dismissed that's just poor service all around. I hope someone sees this and stops blaming Dashers for cold food because it really be these restaurants with poor service to whomever walks through the door. Service: 1

I must say in today’s world, it is not common anymore to get good customer service from everyone. I walked in Wingstop on Cedar this past week and was greeted unusually. I walked and was looking at the menu not quite ready to say what I wanted and lady standing there said to me a #3 and was looking at me like she was bothered it seemed because I wasn’t ready to say what I wanted. Then when I was trying to figure out what she was talking about she just walked away. I believe it was the manager in charge. Another lady came up and asked did she take my order and proceeded to help me. I was going to order a couple of things but only chose chicken fingers and fries meal. After I left I thought about it and should not have ordered anything. Chicken fingers were overcooked fries were great. I’m not sure what was wrong whether the lady was tired and ready to go because it was after 5:00 but you still need to give customers a great interaction each and every time no matter what happened or going on in your life. From that experience I will never go in or order on line again from Wingstop. I get up everyday and go to work and spending money in places with bad customer service and food quality going down with prices up is not with it anymore.
