I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such a rude and dismissive attitude can be placed in a manager position, especially when dealing with customers who are supporting the business. There was an issue with their system, and after waiting around 30 minutes, I was told that my order did not exist. About 10 minutes later, they somehow managed to find and resolve the issue, only to then tell me I would have to wait another 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When I expressed my frustration, the manager, Andrea, was completely unwilling to help and simply told me that if I had a problem with it, I needed to contact the merchant because the order had been placed through Uber Eats. The entire situation was handled terribly. Mistakes and system issues can happen, but the attitude and complete lack of willingness to help is what made the experience unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service and an even worse attitude from someone who is supposed to be the manager. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
