I had a great experience at this Wingstop! The staff was very attentive and my takeout order was ready surprisingly quickly. I ordered a wing meal with fries, a side of corn, and a raspberry tea. The Hot Honey wings were absolutely delightful, and the fries and corn were both crisp and delicious. However, the Smoke BBQ wings were a bit disappointing—they were so heavily sauced that it completely overpowered the flavor of the chicken. Also, while the ranch is good, $1.60 for a 3oz side of dressing feels quite high for the portion size. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and will definitely be back!" I’ve always had good experiences at this location, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I placed an online order at 6:21 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 7:15 PM and arrived a few minutes early. I was told it would be ready in about 5 minutes. After waiting with no updates, I went back to the counter around 7:40 PM to check on it. The staff couldn’t find my order and then informed me they would need to start making it. I finally received my order at 8:06 PM, nearly an hour after the scheduled pickup time. The food was good and my order was correct, but the lack of communication was frustrating. What made the experience even more disappointing was that no one apologized for the delay, even after realizing the order had been misplaced and had to be remade. I understand busy nights happen, but better communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way. Hopefully this was just an off night, as this has been my go-to Wingstop location for a long time. WORST WINGSTOP IN DALLAS!!! Do not order from here. Read reviews they only respond to 5 stars but ignore the negative experiences reported in reviews. Your hot wings will come with little to no sauce. When I requested a remake of the order "the wings are supposed to look like that." Dry and un eatable. Save you money or go to a different location. They don't take time into making people food right. Couldn't even eat the slop presented to me. Wing stop need a to reevaluate there customers needs and wants. WORST WING STOP IN DALLAS
