I ordered a honey bbq sandwich & a seasoned fried corn and fries with extra hot honey rub seasoning through uber eats. When my order arrived it was completely wrong I received a lemon pepper sandwich with no pickles not to mention my fried corn had zero seasoning it's like they didn't even try to get the sandwich right not to mention my fries were also missing I paid 16$ for a sandwich with unseasoned corn this truly pathetiC. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU GET THE SANDWICH WRONG FORGET THE FRIES AND THE DRINK LIKE SERIOUSLY I WISH I REALIZED THIS BEFORE I DROVE ALL THE WAY HOME I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Worst wings stop place to order food Ordered food online When we got the food, we were missing half the order. I called to talk to someone and see what happened no one answered. So I drove to the store mind you; was still on the phone waiting for them to pickup. When I got there they were all inside the kitchen talking and Jackie I think it’s her name got off the chair of whatever she was sitting on rolled her eyes and said yes? Like ma’am Custome Service! Hi how can I help you?! I told her what happened and gave me the bag that was sitting there and went back to the kitchen Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff has loud conversations and on the phone instead of taking orders or cashiering. I had to wave and get the attention of the cashier because they two employees were yelling at each other. Even when door dashing food is undercooked, thrown all over the bag and either a drink is missing or an entire side order of fries. I’ve complained so many times and nothing is done. I ordered well done all flats, extra fry seasoned fries and a Dr.Pepper. I got a sprite with no ice, fries where in the bag, just thrown in not in the normal paper boat. Every piece of chicken was undercooked, inedible and the lemon pepper seasoning was swimming in the bottom of the container from the oil the wings were drenched in. Do not eat at Wingstop on Royal. It’s disgusting and not eatable. By the way they offer a discount if you make a positive review. I hope the owner isn’t aware of this because if he/she is .. you’re just as disgusting as the nasty uncooked food your serving people.
