This place has horrible customer service and they also consistently deliver partial orders. I placed an order online and paid to have it delivered. When my order arrived it was missing my favorite part of the meal the French fries so I called them after waiting for ever the female that finally answered told me that I could come in and get the missing item or they could put in the system for a replacement at a later time. I informed her that I paid for delivery so what’s the point if now I have to drive up there because of their screw up. I asked for her name so that if I decided to purchase at a later time I could tell them I spoke to her if they decide not to honor it she decided to hang up on me instead. I called back obviously very upset and was told there wasn’t a Manager and I told her that wasn’t true there had to be someone in management that could help. She then proceeded to tell me there is only n assistant manager that only speaks Spanish so I said that’s fine put her on. I proceeded to tell the assistant manager that I want a refund bit a replacement as I will not be doing business there again she then proceeded to yell to another Spanish speaking person telling them what I just said and she also tell him that she doesn’t believe that they would have forgot to put my fry in the bag. I couldn’t believe that she was basically calling me a liar she then gets back on the phone and tells me she can’t help me to call back later. I told her I needed her name and a number to corporate and she then proceeded to hang up on me. I will never do business with this company again I should also mention this wasn’t the first time they delivered an incomplete order either it is apparently very complicated to double check an order prior to having DoorDash pick it up!

Worst ever !!!! Employees don’t wear gloves in the middle of a pandemic!!! Then when I talked to the owner he said “ it’s not a requirement”. Wow just wow. Wingstop on Arkansas just don’t go !!!!

I ordered online said ready in 45mins i get there waited another 25mins Then manager was rude when I asked her to c how much longer it would b ready...NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
