The worst wings. I placed the order online; the system indicated they would be ready at 7:10, but when I arrived 10 minutes later, the cashier told me I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. They shouldn't accept online orders if they can't handle the volume; the staff is terrible. The wings weren't fresh, and my drink had no ice because they had run out. It’s the same story every time I order here; corporate really ought to visit these locations there’s always a long wait, and they’re always out of something. Terrible service. I hope that if I come back, the staff has changed; all the customers had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Given the long wait, it seems like they aren't even really working. Don't come here unless you want to wait more than 20 minutes; the service is terrible. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location was fantastic! It was so clean and well organized. The cashier, Abigail, was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She was patient in describing the different menu items and flavors which helped me pick my order. The food was also ready in a timely manner and very hot and fresh. I stopped by Wingstop last night and just wanted to shout out one of the employees (Edith) who made the whole experience great. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and super helpful while I decided between flavors (which is never easy). They double-checked my order, made sure everything was fresh, and even suggested a sauce combo that turned out to be amazing. What really stood out was their positive attitude. Even though it was busy, they stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare to see someone handle a rush with that much professionalism and still make customers feel appreciated. Give that employee a raise — they definitely made my night better. I’ll be coming back for sure!
