took forever to get our food out. they forgot about us and we were late to a movie that was already paid for because of them. waited here for 30 minutes Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Put in order three on separate occasions and waited 3+ hours for them to cancel the order at close and after all alternatives were closed. The third occasion they marked a Doordash order as picked up when it wasnt to put their incompetence on someone else. Food: 4 Service: 1

First time trying Wingstop and it was disappointing from the start. We came in around 12:15 in the afternoon and were told we couldn’t order wings extra crispy because it was “Super Bowl Sunday” and Mardi Gras parade day. The game didn’t even start until 6:30 that evening, and the parades hadn’t started yet. There was only one table taken and several employees in the kitchen just talking. It didn’t look busy at all. It felt more like an excuse not to make the order the way I wanted, even though I was willing to pay extra if needed. This kind of attitude is exactly why it took us so long to try this place in the first place. First impression wasn’t good, so we left and went to Hooters instead. Won’t be coming back unless service improves. Service: 1
