This is not the first time but will be the last time I order food from this location or maybe any. Disappointed is an understatement!! Just ordered about 45 minutes ago and I rather went hungry. Spent around $47 and it wasn’t worth none of it. I had mild and lemon pepper when the food got here the chicken wasn’t all the way cooked. I had to air fry them and they were dry the sauce was non existent. Why do I have to recook my food and toss em after paying for it to be done. The fries were season less as well. NEVER AGAIN!!! I want my money back Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Everyone — I went to this WingStop first time and ordered 2 items (1) Mango Habanero Classic (10 Pcs) (2) Mango Habanero Boneless (10 Pcs). The person who was taking the order was quite nice and well behaved. Quality of food was very good too. Overall, our experience was great till that point. The reason I’m giving the rating 3 not 5 because : When we reached home and opened the box we observed that Mango Habanero boneless was 10 Pcs but unfortunately Classic was 5 pieces in place of 10 pieces. When we called the restaurant the person picked up the phone was quite rude and first they said it was 10 pcs but after I explained again they said I need to go to the restaurant to get the missing items or credit back. It was difficult for me to go there again for 5 pcs only. My suggestion to the mgmt — In such scenario, there will be option to Credit back based on the telephonic conversation or online complain rather than going to the restaurant again. Hope, they will improve this part to make it better and more helpful for customers. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
