I was wondering why my food always cold when I order from here, my boneless wings are never crispy and always soggy. I was thinking maybe it was my fault for being late to pick up my order. I ordered delivery the other day (6/10) and my food was steaming hot but still soggy, clearly had been placed in the microwave. My deliver driver had to wait for my order and I literally live two minutes away so for them to be literally steaming hot and soggy with the sauce completely dried there’s no way they weren’t. Why would yall microwave boneless wings and why give me something that needed to be microwaved at that. Make me feel like yall selling old food. And I literally ordered 20 wings, all microwaved. Do better. Who microwaves anything fried and tries to pass that off as a fresh product. For a delivery order at that

I recently ordered from Wingstop and unfortunately had a negative experience. About 5–6 hours after eating, I became very sick with what felt like food poisoning. This was the only meal I had beforehand, so I believe it may have been the cause. The food tasted fine and my order was correct, but getting sick afterward was concerning. I hope this was an isolated issue, but wanted to share so the location can review their food safety practices. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
