Extremely poor service. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:15. I got there a few minutes late, told the girl my name, that I was picking up & she told me to wait so I did. Multiple people with online orders came in after me & picked up their food immediately. So around 5:40 I get up to tell another worker that I placed my order to be picked up at 5:15 and I had been waiting for quite sometime. He immediately found it. It had been sitting in the same spot as when I got there or a few minute after I got there. The girl never came to tell me it was ready. However, he was nice and apologized for me having to wait so long. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

My boyfriend and I work in the service industry so we know what it’s like having people come into your place late right before close. That being said we got off work at midnight and on the way home at 12:02. We decided to call Wingstop to place a pick up order. We were told by whoever picked up the phone at this location, but there’s no more pick up orders and that was that we were just trying to make it to where our order was ready before they close and we were able to pick it up so they didn’t have the feeling of waiting on us to get there to pick it up being they close at 1 AM and we gave them about 40 to 50 minutes in advance to come pick it up. We end up still wanting Wingstop knowing we can get there in about 15 minutes so we end up just walking into the restaurant instead. That all being said…. When we walked in we were ignored by everyone. Everyone working tonight at this location (7/11/26) was only worried about closing the restaurant. Asking employees if they’d cleaned the restrooms as they’re already closing the fryers 35 minutes before they close. When we were FINALLY able to get someone’s attention we were greeted with “what are you ordering”. My boyfriend and I are in working clothes. Covered in sweat and kitchen muck and they STILL couldn’t read a room and just be a decent person and let us order Togo. We were told that we could only get boneless wings at that time 12:41. So we left and went to Denys because they actually inform us over the phone if they’re closing early or out of something before we drive all the way there after a 12+ hour shift. Again, thank you Denys for feeding us yet again tonight. We’ll definitely not be giving wing stop another try. I guess the company itself needs some improvement because my boyfriend and I would be fired if we closed even a minute early. Looks like closing up 40+ min early with corporate is totally fine at wing stop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
