Mischae provided excellent service today. She greeted me with a warm welcome and a bright smile. Her attention to detail was amazing. She made sure our food came out in a timely manner, she kept the dining area impeccable. She went above and beyond on her service. I usually go to a different wingstop but now I will be coming in to this one because of the great customer service she provided my family today. So because I put a complaint in about how they didn’t communicate and how I was left on mute for minutes, I got a call back from the manager saying a general manager reached out to her and that I was “lying.” I personally don’t respect her calling me through Wingstop to confront me about me “lying” while raising her voice. I hope future employees do not call customers back to try and prove their point. All I wanted from the last complaint I put in was for the store to grow communications with their customers to let them know they are busy in the store and it might be a second instead of being put on mute, but at the end of this, I just want to thank Janai for helping me out rather than the manager that raised this situation higher than it should have been. I hope you’re blessed with great days Janai, thank you for your kindness. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered Wingstop's food through Uber Eats. I was supposed to receive a total of 50 wings, and I only received 45 wings. I only received 10 lemon pepper wings when I was supposed to receive 15 lemon pepper wings. I love this restaurant's wings; however, I hope missing my wings will not occur again. Other than that, their wings are delicious! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
