They need to fire and re hire , it’s brand new with bad service already ! They have a slow teenager running front counter ! I waited 39 minutes for 6 small wings . People who ordered after me got the food before me ! Straight trash close it down!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never went in the place, hubby has walked-in & pick up our order. This location is new & he raves abt how nice the place is as well as the ppl who work there. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Go to a different location if you want your money’s worth. I get opening a new location and workers may be new and not as fast/efficient but managers at this location are lying about food being made correctly straight to customers faces and then when asked for their name, refusing to give it. To preface I’ve ordered from other Wingstop’s many times so I know exactly how the food should taste and what the different seasonings taste like. I ordered a large fry with my combo meal and added an extra fry with extra regular seasoning. The regular fry with extra seasoning was just salt not their normal seasoning. And the large fry had not a drop of seasoning on. The manager who claimed she made the order said seasoning was put on the large fries. I’ve ordered fries from Wingstop many times and I’ve never been served plain and told that’s their regular seasoning. I ordered from this location last week and the food was perfect so maybe the manager on duty today should learn how to properly make the food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
