BONE IN wings were big super dry cold just nasty ! Fries had wayyyy too much sugar salt on them it was just all bad ! This location is a hit and miss sometimes the food be fresh but most of the time the wings are premade and cold by time they make ur order ! New management please Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed a delivery order, food was made quickly, however driver took over half an hour to deliver food, so everything was cold, one of the sides was not included, the drinks were not what was ordered, and when I called the store I was immediately placed on hold by a worker who then forgot I was on the line.

Extremely Disappointed in the Service. I love Wingstop and usually have no complaints about the food itself—but the service I received today was absolutely unacceptable. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got home, I discovered that the cheese had exploded all over everything due to the careless way it was packaged. It was a complete mess, and there was no way it could’ve been prevented with how it was thrown together. I drove all the way back to the store with the food in hand to show them exactly what I was given and kindly asked for the order to be remade. By that time, the food was cold, and instead of remaking the order, I watched them wipe the cheese off the containers like that was a reasonable solution. (I could have done that at home myself) When I asked again for them to redo the order since everything was clearly cold, I was told they wouldn’t. How are you going to argue that food isn’t cold when I’m standing there with it in front of you, with cold chicken? It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money expecting a hot meal, only to be treated with laziness, zero accountability, and a complete lack of customer care. The management here is a joke, this experience was beyond disappointing, and sadly, it’s not the first time I’ve witnessed this level of disregard. I love Wingstop, but THIS location seriously needs better leadership. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
