Dropped into Wingstop Nottingham for some wings, and once again, Wingstop didn’t disappoint. Their wings are seriously delicious and dangerously addictive. I ordered 6 Original Hot wings and 6 Mango Habanero wings. I normally stick with Atomic and Original Hot, so this was my first time trying Mango Habanero and what a pleasant surprise.. The combination of sweet, tangy and spicy flavours works brilliantly and feels like a perfect summer flavour. Definitely one I’ll be ordering again. The whole experience was made even better by Gayatri, the young woman serving at the counter and big thanks for her for true professionalism. She was genuinely friendly and attentive, greeted us with a lovely smile, took our order efficiently and even brought the food over to our table. Excellent customer service and exactly the kind of warm welcome you appreciate when dining out. Delicious wings, great flavours and genuinely friendly service. A very enjoyable visit to Wingstop Nottingham, we’ll definitely be back.. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings, Mango Habanero, Atomic Chicken Tenders Vegetarian options: Fries

I’m extremely disappointed with this Wingstop location, and this is now the third time I’ve had issues here. I ordered sweet potato fries and 10 boneless chicken. The staff member asked me what size fries I wanted and even asked what seasoning/flavour I wanted on them, so naturally I assumed the full order had been put through correctly. She processed the payment and made me wait over 10 minutes for my boneless chicken. Only after waiting did they tell me that I hadn’t actually paid for the fries because they were never added to the order. So despite clearly ordering them and being asked multiple questions about them, I then had to place a second order for the fries and wait all over again. This is the third time I’ve been let down at this location, and unfortunately I’ve had enough. The service here is poor, the communication is frustrating, and mistakes keep happening. I honestly do not recommend this location unless you want to leave disappointed like I have—three times now. Instead, I highly recommend the Exchange Walk location. The staff there are much better, the service is far more efficient, and overall the experience is 100 times better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
