Ordered delivery through the WINGSTOP app, was delivered a meal from a Thai restaurant by DoorDash, a 3rd party that I did not choose to go through as I ordered from the Wingstop app directly. I called the store and the person answering the phone verified that my order was picked up by DoorDash, but when I told her I received someone else DoorDash order she then all of the sudden doesn’t have my name in the system at all and asked if I’m calling the correct location after she JUST told me my order was picked upshe said I needed to call DoorDash but I didn’t order through DoorDash so why do I need to call them? I went up to the store to show them my receipt and that I called the correct location. I eventually got my money back but not after dealing with that terrible service on Mother’s Day mind you. No apologies, no offers to make it right, just attitude and a clear disregard for the inconvenience caused by wingstop who decided to use DoorDash to deliver my order. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best wings I’ve had in a while. The cooking crew did an amazing job making sure everything was cooked perfectly and came out quickly, even though it was busy. A special shoutout to Ceasar for excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell he really cares about customer experience. Overall, great food, great service, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
