I love going to a fast food place just to spend my whole 30 minute lunch waiting to recieve my food. I wont be back. 10 minutes after clearing my name from the board that said my food was ready. I am still asking about and waiting for my food. So their faking/cheating their customer service time management system from what I can tell. Absolutely ridiculous of a wait. Still waiting for my food. Taking pictures of an empty lobby.

I do not normally rate places much, usually do if something stands out. I stop in store 1152 and the staff were nice, professional and I felt welcome. I asked where their tip jar was because I will tip most times, especially when something stands out "to me." It was explained to me at Wing Stop #1162 that they no longer bother with the tip jars or "any tip" because the owner takes it and they never receive it. I was surprised to find this, has something changed? They said, the prepare an $800 order from on-line and was left a very nice gratitude tip... but no one who work that day got it. They asked and the store own stated, "tips goes to the store." I was really, really shock. Go in there and place the tip in the staff hand, please. That is crazy. I sat wait for my order, I usually sit outside. I watched them maintain their professionalism, do their job well with half smiles on their faces when each customer said, "I left you a tip... through to app... online." SMH. I appreciate you, so I hand you'll the tip. Thank you for being kind to me and making my order pippin-freshly-dropped-hot. Maah!!! I cannot sing the praises of the Wingstop at 4531 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, enough. Their food is good and I always receive great service there. Tim, the general manager, is a phenomenal leader who makes sure that customers feel valued. Recently, he went out of his way to correct an error that was made by UberEATS. I placed a large pick-up order that totaled over $200. I was out of town and was donating the lunch to a nearby nonprofit. When an employee of the nonprofit came to pick it up, UberEATS had sent the order details, but not the payment, so the order showed up as unpaid. The employee paid for the order after I sent them the money and then almost a couple of hours later, UberEATS charged me for the same order through the app. I tried to get it resolved and UberEATS just kept making me run around in circles. I went to the restaurant and Tim immediately worked hard trying to get me a refund. He called UberEATS and spoke to multiple representatives. They initially told him they would give me a call to resolve the issue so I left the restaurant expecting a call from UberEATS that never came. When I went back to the restaurant a second time, he called them again and when they refused to own up to their mistake, Tim was able to find my order through the restaurant and issue a refund. Best Wingstop ever!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
