First time getting carryout at this location. I haven't had Wingstop many times before this one, so I wasn't comparing it to many past experiences. Regardless, I got some boneless wings and fries, and they were great. The wings were crispy and sauced well, and the fries had great seasoning and tasted fresh. The staff was super nice and my order was ready within 10-15 mins from when I placed it on the app. Good experience and I'll be back Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When you first get there, you expect to have great customer service, but unfortunately this is where it falls flat. I walk in to pick up my online order where they tell me that is ready on the app and on the screen, only for them to not only not have my food ready, but make me wait an extra 5-10 minutes because they haven’t cooked it yet. Not only that, but they proceed to serve out other people’s food that were after me, ahead of me. I was very disappointed and didn’t even get an apology once. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was hungry and already spent my money on my order, I would have walked out immediately after this terrible experience. For a place that I’ve heard a lot about, this place was sub-par to say the least. I hope it can do better next time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
