We have used this Wingstop for about 2 years now. We mostly get to go orders and take the food home because we have had babies and little kids. Almost every order we take home is wrong, missing food mostly or seasoning. We have had orders where literally no seasoning was put on the food. And when you take food home because you have babies, it’s not the easiest just to run back to the restaurant and get it corrected. Not to mention the overall inconvenience of the matter. I’ve waited to post this review hoping that the errors and problems would correct themselves but they have not. We will not be using this Wingstop anymore. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hey Mr. MANAGER your employees are Freezing and you told them NOT to wear a jacket? What is wrong with you? You need to fix your business heater ASAP! This is unbelievable and unacceptable for a place of employment. Service: 5

Complete lack of accountability and zero customer service. After our order was picked up and completely wrong staff and management continuously tried to place blame on us for their errors. Instead of just fixing the order they refused and offered a $25 credit for LARGE order. Judging the previous reviews I guess this is a common pattern. Customer service doesn’t exist here nor does common courtesy. Order with caution! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100
